2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks and hosiery
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer service for Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Complete the return form from your order
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Include RA number on the package exterior
  5. Ship to our Hong Kong address

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item received is defective or damaged
  • There was an error in order processing
    In such cases, we provide prepaid shipping labels.

6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after:

  • We receive the returned item
  • Item passes quality inspection
  • Return is approved
    You will receive email notification at each stage.

7. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
    Store credit is available with 15% bonus.

  • Defective item replacements
